What is Mindfulness?
Mindfulness is derived from Buddhism and bringing one's attention to the internal and external experiences occurring in the present moment. The technique is usually used in mediation. One teacher and author Jon Kabat-Zinn defines mindfulness as “paying attention on purpose, in the present moment, and non-judgmentally.”
